Terms and Conditions

1. Booking and Payment Policy:

  • All prices quoted are per person and include airfare.
  • Flight tickets can be availed at an approximate additional cost of INR 39,000. The final price is subject to the fare at the time of ticket issuance.
  • Extra luggage other than mentioned on the ticket would be paid by the pilgrim.
  • Unutilized services are Non-refundable.
  • The minimum amount to book your package is Rs. 20,000/- per person.
  • Payments for Umrah tour packages with Al Hadi India Tour and Travels are to be made according to the following schedule:
    • A deposit of 20% of the total package cost is required at the time of booking.
    • The subsequent payment of 50% of the total package cost is due one month before the departure date.
    • The remaining balance of 30% must be paid no later than 21 days prior to the departure date.
    • Failure to complete the full payment 21 days before departure will result in the cancellation of the booking without prior notice.
  • Payment can be made through NEFT/RTGS or by cheque.

2. Cancellation Policy:

  • Cancellation charges apply as follows:
    • If the cancellation is made prior to 30 days of the departure date, a cancellation charge of 20% of the total package cost will be deducted.
    • If the cancellation is made prior to 15 days of the departure date, a cancellation charge of 50% of the total package cost will be deducted.
    • If the cancellation is made within 14 days of the departure date or in case of a No Show, a cancellation charge of 75% of the total package cost will be deducted.

3. Document Requirements:

  • Indian passport valid for at least 6 months with a minimum of 2 blank pages and 2 white background photographs of size 4x6cm.
  • Pan card copy
  • Aadhar card copy

4. Tour Terms and Conditions:

  • Official Umrah Tour Booking Form must be completely filled out by the pilgrim.
  • The tour dates and tour programs are provisional and subject to change without notice.
  • The tour costs are based on Saudi Riyal @ Rs.22.50/. Any increase in the given rates at the time of delivery of passport before departures of the tour shall be collected from the passengers.
  • Flight schedule and itinerary are subject to change without prior notice.
  • If you travel individually other than group dates & flights, you will bear the additional transportation charges as per your itinerary.
  • We are not responsible for any luggage losses, injuries, damages, accidents, and additional expenses due to any reason, not limited to, delay of flight, act of God, deportation, umrah visa expiry, theft, personal injuries, damages related to laundry.
  • Services, itinerary, and prices are subject to Saudi and Indian Government regulations.
  • Arabic dates may be changed subject to sighting of moon.
  • Subject to Mumbai Jurisdiction only.

5. Liability and Responsibility:

  • Al Hadi India Tour and Travels is not responsible for any loss, delay, damage, fading of color, stain of any type, or shrinking of clothes by the laundry services.
  • Al Hadi India Tour and Travels appoints agents and representatives for the arrangements of hotels, transport, food, etc., in good faith and takes the best possible care of all the pilgrims. However, due to unavoidable circumstances, changes and alterations in the package may occur regarding hotel, bus, staying period, or change of flight. Al Hadi India Tour and Travels reserves the right to make alterations which the pilgrim has to accept, and for which no refund shall be made nor any claim shall be entertained.
  • After entering into Saudi Arabia, no pilgrim of Al Hadi India Tour and Travels shall be allowed to give up his/her companionship with his/her group. He/she will have to act accordingly, and if he/she decides to quit, he/she shall not be entitled to receive any amount whatsoever.
  • Our latest brochure should be referred to for inclusions & exclusions of the package chosen by the pilgrim.
  • Free baggage allowance shall be as per the rules of the airlines, and any extra charges for excess baggage will have to be borne by the pilgrims.
  • No liability on the part of Al Hadi India Tour and Travels arising in any way out of this contract in respect of any tour shall exceed the total amount paid or agreed to be paid for the tour, and shall in no case include any Satisfaction of the pilgrim is our prime consideration.
  • Any claim or complaint by the client must be intimated to Al Hadi India Tour and Travels. In the very unlikely event of there being something not to your satisfaction on the pilgrimage that is directly in our control, should be reported immediately so that there is an opportunity to correct/rectify the same. The tour operator shall not accept liability in respect of claims which are not reported to us immediately.
  • Partly utilized services are also considered as fully utilized. In such circumstances, no refund shall be applicable.
  • For all claims, disputes of whatever nature relating to the tours marketed/coordinated by Al Hadi India Tour and Travels, the courts in Mumbai shall alone have jurisdiction.
